LOS ANGELES — War never changes, but the post-apocalypse sure does when you're playing Fallout 4. Bethesda Game Studios director Todd Howard revealed heaps and heaps of details about the game during Bethesda Softworks' E3 showcase, including an unexpected 2015 release set for Nov. 10.
